The Small Print

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our business we are unable to offer refunds. In order to avoid any disappointment please ensure that you come to us with any ideas you have and an open mind to embrace the designs we share with you.

payment

In order to start work on your project we will require full payment in advance. We do offer payment plans which will also need to be honoured before work commences. Payment can be made via PayPal or bank transfer. Please ensure that you have your business name as the payment reference.

 changes

You are entitled to two rounds of design changes as part of your project. Any further changes will incur costs. In order to avoid any unnecessary changes, delays or fees please ensure that you are as clear as possible in your design brief and make the most of your consultation time with us. Any changes after proofs have been approved by you will incur additional costs.

comms

As part of the design process, The Branding Alchemist will communicate with you whilst designing and will also send proofs for your consideration and feedback. Please ensure that you are proactive in responding to us in order to avoid any unnecessary delays. Failure to respond within 3 working days could result in the project being put on hold or ultimately cancelled without a refund as per our refund policy.

timing

We always try to be as transparent as possible with turnaround times for all projects. Once you have been booked in we will provide a turnaround time to you. This is subject to change depending on a number of factors including any changes that may need to be made, delays in feedback, etc. In order for us to be able to start your project we do require all information relating to the project to be sent to us as soon as possible in order to avoid any unnecessary delays. Failure to provide this information to The Branding Alchemist could result in the project being put on hold or ultimately cancelled without a refund as per our refund policy.

costs

All prices list on our website or marketing material are subject to change. These costs are purely for the design work carried out by The Branding Alchemist and do not include any physical print costs, web hosting, domain names or any other digital add-ons. If you are working with The Branding Alchemist for a web based project it is your responsibility to purchase the hosting and domain name prior to the project commencing. These are not included within our costs.

conduct

The Branding Alchemist operates a zero tolerance policy. Any aggressive behaviour or abuse will not be tolerated and will result in your booking being cancelled as per our refund policy.
